Registration and Attendance:

Safety for attendees at Maple Hill Farm Conference Center is paramount. Maple Hill ownership and MARA leaders are committed to current safe practices. We will be monitoring Maine CDC Guidelines for COVID-19 safe practices right up until and during Event check-in, while seated in conference, and for your individually prepared boxed lunches. As of July 15, for COVID, Maple Hill has no special restrictions for attendance numbers from Maine CDC and can accommodate 30 people at Carriage House, our 672 sq. ft. meeting room. MARA has decided to limit attendance to 20 in-person attendees plus the 4 Speakers and the A-V person. This number may be changed based on safety concerns or registration numbers. Carriage House has multiple patio doors, and excellent continuous ventilation for your safety and comfort. Please call or email us with questions.

AV Portland will provide a professional virtual experience that will allow for ample presenter/audience interaction by both in-person and virtual attendees.

All Register online, on Events Page. Full payment only, no partial payments.

MARA members only: each $30.00

Guests (non-members): $40.00

Late registration for Members is $40 and for Guests is $50.00 after August 31, 2022.

No cancellations or refunds after August 31, 2022 except that due to the degree of uncertainty surrounding the course of the COVID-19 pandemic and its potential effects on event registration, we must reserve the option to cancel the conference up until Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
