Our statutory road association has only two roads. One road may be slightly off in it's alignment when compared to the original subdivision plan.  The road has existed as it is for 20 years and has homes and building lots.  Any idea as to whether a 20 year old, subdivision road can be considered as a "grandfathered roadway" ?
