HOW TO CREATE A NEW TOPIC

  • 08 Jul 2009 8:02 PM

Is anybody having a hard time doing this? I'm not able to move stuff around but I do see a "Create Topic" button on the page. Do you???

BTW I just used the "Create Topic" button and if this shows up on the page, we'll know it works!

In the "On Using the Site" topic, "Ray" said he did not see how to create a new topic.  I do see the Create Topic button either. Perhaps only you as the site admin has that permission at present.  Can it be granted to all subscribers?

I went in and jiggled the switch -- it's back being set at anyone being able to create a topic -- if this does not get better by the AM I will check with Wild Apricot.

Hi Betsy,  I do not see a Create Topic button-hope I am not being dense here.  Have new comment and subscribe buttons.  I also don't seem to have any hot links on the profile page that allow me to do anything to change preferences.  Tell me where it is and I will look again.
