I am the Road Commissioner and have sent out the agenda and a draft of revised bylaws to everyone.  One member who will not be there emailed everyone an amended version to be considered if the draft is not approved.

Another person has an amended version but will be at the meeting.

Question: Can that second person, who will be at the meeting, email everyone her amended version before the meeting?
