Yes, the presenters of the bill realized that there were factors they hadn't been aware of. They asked to have the bill held over until next session so that they could get together with representatives from other concerns (including MARA, Maine ROADWays, and the Maine Forest Products Council) and try to come up with a solution that is mutually agreeable. Their request for carryover has now been officially granted.
