Have any of your Associations been successful in implementing a short-term rental prohibition?  If yes, could you please elaborate on the time frame you defined as short-term, the amount of penalty and frequency (i.e., per day or per rental instance), any nuances to be considered?  The biggest issue our Association is questioning is whether the town or the state could restrict or deem unenforceable any short-term rental prohibition we put in place (after a proper vote and amending appropriate documents).  Thank you very much for your feedback.
