I agree.  We are not attorneys and therefor cannot give legal advice or interpret law.  However, depending on what the question is, if you search the forum you may find other people who have asked a similar question, and perhaps others who have suggested solutions. 

Or, if it's just a matter of knowing where to look to find the laws that apply to your situation, we may be able to steer you in the right direction.  Many answers are found in the statutes themselves if you read them carefully.  For example, here's a link to the laws that govern "statutory" road associations.
