Might anyone be able to enlighten me about the process of obtaining permission in order to build a driveway onto an Association road - especially if there may be opposition to the construction of new homes on these properties? Are there state laws regulating such permissions, or is it entirely up to the bylaws of our local Association?

Any other issues to be aware of when navigating driveway issues on Association roads?
