Final version of LD 461, going into effect October 25, 2023.

I have checked what follows with MARA's Legislative Liaison, Roberta Manter.

Roberta has informed me that the amendments to the existing Private Ways Statute made law by the passage of LD 461 will not be incorporated into this statute until October 25th or sometime thereafter. The completion of  incorporation does not change the effective date of October 25, 2023, for the amendments passed in LD 461.
