There was a USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) booth at the Fryeburg Fair. They had some material for disaster assistance.  One program maybe of interest due to flooding damages is the Emergency Watershed Program (EWP-Recovery), thru the Natural Resource Conservation Agency.  Has anyone utilized it?
