    Does anyone know an attorney in Ellsworth area that can work with a77 yr old senior citizen who needs help with protection from harrasment from his so called road association?

    Try Pine Tree Legal.  They have an office in Machias.  They also have a lot of self-help materials that can show you how to file for yourself.
