Our road association found an excellent source to repair potholes on a section of our paved roads. It's called Aquaphalt. It uses water to seal it. Here's the link for more information:

Consumer reports test results found it to be the best. Here's the video link testing it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn5lMtJWxCs
It comes with a 3 year guarantee. This means less volunteer work, time and expense over the years of constantly repairing the potholes. It costs a bit more but it's definitely worth it.
