Bylaws question

Our bylaws are signed and notarized on 7/10/2016 and a few people signed them after that date. Did everyone have to sign before the Notary or is it fine to have more people sign them at a later date? Trying to understand if that has any effect. I would think the Notary is notarizing the sigs on there when they sign it. If you can sign after with no notary what's the point of notarizing it at all? These are then registered with the rod in 2018

If you do a search on this forum for Bylaws Optional, you will find posts that say a road association is not required to have bylaws.  Some Associations prefer to operate without bylaws.  So I don't think failure to have signatures notarized on the bylaws would have any effect on the validity of the association.

The only thing the Statutes say needs to be notarized at the startup of a road association is the Warrant for the initial meeting.  The initial meeting has to be called by a Notary, upon written petition by at least three owners of property on the road.  But the statute doesn't even say that their signatures on the petition need to be notarized.

If you file a Notice of Claim against a non-payer, that also has to be notarized.
