Hi Everyone, looking for advice on a buffer zone on our property. There is actually a cow pond across the road with a culvert under the road onto our property. We want to put a vegetable garden/greenhouse in but we were told by the town that we couldn’t cut any trees down because of the buffer zone. Has anyone had any prior experience with dealing with zoning and/ or buffer zones??
