This is a bill attached, to be presented to the State Local Government committee of the consideration to increase the costs to record documents with the Registry of Deeds. 

I must admit that for these county dept of Registry of Deeds to exist on its current fees has been unrealistic to the amount of duties they perform.

Be aware that if this passes, for those of us who have been burdened by those non-paying members (thereby additionally burdening those who do pay to repair/maintain our roads) we will have the additional costs to record the notices of claim. But at some point the delinquent member decides to pay their debt owed they will have to pay these expenses. Currently we have about 3 owners who have never ever paid their dues for the past 11 years.
