I'm an officer for the Dam Road Owners Assn. and we've seen a steady increase in our liability policy.  Our association has 21 members and the road is about a mile long.  Last year it went up $80, from $570 to $650 and this year it went up another $146.  It's now $796.    It's through Liberty Mutual and we've never filed a claim.    Are other paying this type of premium?   If your premium is less than this, could you please share the company you use.   Thank you!

During the 2023-2024 year our insurance cost $726.  We have about two miles of road, and about 55 members.  For several years before that, it was around $650.  We use Chalmers Insurance Group in Bridgton.

We are a nonprofit association with 29 members and about 1 1/4 miles of road.  Our association has 5-6 board members plus the president.  We paid last year $1191 to Liberty Mutual.  The increase has been 10% and 14% the last couple of years after a small decrease.  Our association had a suit that went to court which Liberty did cover the attorney fees.

Greg, do you have a case name and docket number for this lawsuit?

    Thank You?
