A member has missed payment of dues and beyond the 10 day grace period defined in our Bylaws.

We have a penalty of 12.5% APR when dues are late.  

Can I apply the penalty on the outstanding balance once the property owner has not paid beyond the 10 day grace period, and include that adjusted amount on the next month due date?
