Maine Alliance for Road Associations

Does anyone have sample bylaws for an UNINCORPORATED road association?

    Hi, all, most of the resources I've seen are for incorporate associations, and we are not going that route. But I would be interested in sample bylaws for unincorporated associations, particularly if they take into account any of the legal changes of the last few years.

    The legal changes of the last few years all apply to associations formed under Maine statute. As for the difference between an incorporated and an unincorporated association, I see no reason why you couldn't adapt sample bylaws to an unincorporated state with just a few language changes, though I've not tried to do so. Then vote on them.
