ATV restrictions on private way

    Has anyone had a problem with none assc. member atv use of there road? Looking for ways to solve my problem. I am the first home on a private way and it's been awful this year. We don't have town law enforcement and am not having much luck with state police or warden service.

       Any help greatly appreciated!!!

    Suggest contacting your County Sheriff and asking for advice. 

    Make sure road is prominently posted as PRIVATE, obtain ATV license plate numbers and report them to Sheriff as trespassing.

    Agree that problem is difficult to solve but keep up the pressure. Good luck.
