I'm looking to hear from any Association that charges a one time impact fee. What do you charge? How do you use the money? If you'd be willing to share your by-law language, that would be great. I'd be glad to share our by-laws in return if you're interested. We're considering implementing a one time fee for the construction of any new driveway or access road that intersects with our Association roads. We plan on using the money to prevent/solve drainage problems on our roads. Thanks in advance, Dan Maguire
