    I see that one of the subjects for discussion in the August meeting is going to be LD1311 becoming law for Statutory Road Associations. To be a Statutory Road Association does it have to formed under Title 23? The association that I am a part of  is a non-profit voluntary one. Would this new law apply here?

    LD 1311 would not apply to a nonprofit road association. Only to ones formed under the Private Ways statute. "Statutory" means "formed under statute."
